If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request to cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation and refunds will be handled according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and the applicable consumer protection regulations.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method within the time required by law.

Master Gadgets reserves the right to refuse a cancellation request if it does not meet the legal requirements or the conditions stated in this policy.
