At Master Gadgets, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the applicable Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the terms below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and original packaging, with no physical damage or signs of misuse.

Products that have been damaged due to improper use, water damage, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you whether your request has been approved. If approved, we will process the exchange or refund according to the applicable policy and legal requirements.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
